| The SAB is authorized under the California Library Services Act of the State of California Education Code, Chapter 1215. The objectives of the Board are: • to advise and assist the North Bay Cooperative Library System in the development of the System Plan of Service, the need for services and programs and the evaluation fo the services provided. • to act as liaison between the public and the System, interpreting the System's activities to the public, and the public's unmet needs to the System. • to assist the System in developing Plans of Service to meet these unmet needs. |
